This 5-week schedule provides both written workouts and video demonstrations to help give you guidance & structure through your fitness journey no matter what level you are at. This plan is designed to shed fat while also building strength, and aerobic endurance using limited equipment. Workout changes every week. Focusing on completing workouts and proper form to prepare you for the next program. Each week will contain 4 days of full body workouts, 2 active rest days and 1 full rest day. Equipment needed are kettlebells, dumbbells, long and short resistance bands. At the end of the program, you will be stronger and more disciplined with your workout regimen. Please keep in mind, our genetics play a major role on the physical results but starting a detailed regimen is always the first step to make when looking to achieve any physical changes. All fitness levels are encouraged to try this program. Please consult with your physician before making any major changes to your workout regimen, diet or have any allergies/medical conditions.
